Can you use too much?

One cannot overdose on magnesium if taken TOPICALLY as our EASE spray is designed to be administered. The recommended dose is 30-40 sprays per day.

It'll be helpful to note that our bodies take in a store of magnesium and marry it with the calcium in our bodies so that it can be used and burned. You can use more of the product to help build up a store in it.

How do I use it?

The recommended daily dose of EASE Magnesium is 30-40 sprays though this is not a product you can overdose on so you can experiment with taking more to see what works for you. You should spray the product anywhere on the body however the following areas are recommended for maximum absorption : inside the elbows, behind the knees, wrists, top of your feet, stomach. We often recommend using the product right after a shower, towel dry, spray on and rub in: the magnesium absorbs within 90 seconds. Each spray delivers 27mg of magnesium.

What makes your topical Magnesium different than the others?

Our EASE Magnesium is made with magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MCH), a significantly purer version of basic magnesium chloride.

MCH is also much easier for your body to absorb. This is evident when you put the 2 different types of magnesium in open containers side by side. MCH will actually absorb water from the ambient air and melt into a pool of water. This is because the hexahydrate part (which is 6 water molecules attached to each magnesium chloride group) attracts more water to itself. When our product contacts your skin, the same thing happens, though much quicker because of the high water content of the human body. You absorb MCH much easier than magnesium chloride. By contrast, magnesium chloride will not dissolve if exposed to open air.

We simply decided that the product we were going to offer to people had to provide the most powerful and effective benefits that you would expect from a magnesium product. Using a higher quality magnesium results in more dramatic health benefits, faster absorption, and less irritation than a product made with inferior magnesium.

Why does my skin itch/sting when I spray the EASE?

Itchiness is normal for the first minute or so while the magnesium is absorbing into your system (usually takes about 90 seconds). If the itchiness continues past that I would recommend washing off the excess magnesium 5 minutes after your initial application as your body has already absorbed what it needs. Ian Clark has said that some people have dry skin which can sometimes be caused by bacterias which the magnesium will kill. When it kills the bacteria this can cause itchiness. Lastly, he suggests that you not massage the magnesium into your skin too much because that can cause irritation. If you spray it into your hand and then wipe it on it should absorb within 90 seconds.

What are the ingredients?

Our EASE Magnesium is a water based product. The only ingredients in the product are the Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate and purified H2O.
