IT WORKS FOR SLEEP with ADHD kids.
Absolutely LOVE this product. After much research I have found this to be life changing for my ADHD daughter to help her fall asleep. Awesome!
I absolutely love using this at night before bed! I have been using this for over a month and have really noticed a difference in my sleep quality. Also, I’m doing keto and magnesium tablets are recommended to supplement but can make your stomach pretty upset and this product has no side affects like that!

Eliminates muscle soreness after intense workouts, and diminishes muscle spasms and cramps!
Not completely sure how well this works, however, had an intense workout and expected soreness for days. I sprayed this on my muscles before bed and woke up just the slightest bit sore. I’m impressed! Will definitely take this skiing!
Also, have had muscle spasms that went away after using. Definitely a plus, especially at night!

Yes, I literally can not live with out EASE Magnesium. I use to use Calm Magnesium for my magnesium source and I liked it until I tried this. First, there is no getting adjusted to the amount you use, because magnesium can give you very loose bowels. Being transdermal that does not happen...
